MISTY LEE OLSEN SIGNS NASHVILLE PUBLISHING DEAL
Lawrance Artist Management is pleased to announce that Canadian singer/songwriter Misty Lee Olsen has signed an exclusive 3 year publishing contract with Songscape Music LLC, a recent start up publishing firm in Nashville on music row. Misty will join the ASCAP staff writing team for Lucky Hennessy Music, a fully owned subsidiary of Songscape which is managed by Robyn Taylor-Drake, a longtime Nashville publishing veteran. Songscape's nascent publishing catalog includes cuts by Nashville Star finalist and CCMA Male Entertainer of the year George Canyon and upstart Canadian country duo Foxworthy. Misty will be working with Songscape to promote her current catalog of songs and to write new material with top Nashville songwriters. Misty to date has already worked with such incredibly successful songwriters as Joel Feeney ('Nothin 'bout love makes sense' for Le Ann Rimes) along with Kevin Savigar ( 'Forever young' for Rod Stewart), Josh Osborne, Denny Carr (I'm a roadhammer), Bruce Wallace, Trey Bruce (Faith Hill, Carrie Underwood, LeAnn Rimes) and Gerald O'Brien (has cuts with Hall & Oates, Glass Tiger, Trace Adkins and Ronnie Milsap). 'Misty is looking forward to working with Robyn and the whole Songscape team and is delighted that another believer has joined her team' The Songscape deal is critical to Olsen's plans for a Canadian record release on Royalty Records later this spring produced by 3 time CCMA producer of the year and ASCAP award winning songwriter Joel Feeney and generously supported by FACTOR, the Foundation to assist Canadian talent on recordings. The record will be marketed and distributed by Royalty via iTunes and Walmart in Canada and will be marketed to Canadian radio late spring/early summer 2008.

MISTY LEE OLSEN RECEIVES FACTOR APPROVAL!
Lawrance Artist Management is very pleased to announce that Misty Lee Olsen has been granted approval by FACTOR (The foundation to assist Canadian talent on recordings) for a full sound recording project loan. Competition is notoriously fierce for FACTOR loans/grants and it is clearly a mark of recognition by the industry that Misty was able to benefit in this manner. Production of the record with award winning producer Joel Feeney should start in February with a May 1 release date. Misty Lee Olsen's label, Royalty Records has added to the excitement by agreeing to provide marketing support in addition to distribution with a planned radio tour, publicity, showcases and a meet and greet tour of key retailers such as Walmart stores in Ontario and Western Canada. In addition her new recording will be available on the internet on iTunes. Lawrance Artist Management is thrilled to announce that Misty Lee Olsen has been invited to perform at the prestigious new artist showcase at the 2007 Canadian country music awards week in Regina, Saskatchewan, September 7-10 2007. This showcase has been created by the CCMA to present to the music industry and fans the top new prospects for country music in Canada and it has become a must have on the list of achievements of any future country star from Canada. Previous showcase attendees include Shania Twain and George Canyon.

MISTY LEE OLSEN TO RECORD FOR ROYALTY RECORDS WITH CCMA/ASCAP AWARD WINNING PRODUCER JOEL FEENEY
Misty Lee Olsen and Lawrance Artist Management are very excited to announce that Calgary
based Royalty Records has agreed to distribute her upcoming debut CD produced by CCMA award winning producer and ASCAP
award winning songwriter Joel Feeney (LeAnn Rimes, Doc Walker). Work begins on the project later this spring in Nashville
and Toronto.
Royalty Records has been promoting Canadian country music for over 36 years and currently represent a who's who of some of the finest Canadian country music talent including Gil Grand, Gord Bamford, Poverty Plainsmen, Melanie Laine, After Tuesday and Colin Amey.
Look for a fall CD release date and promotional tour after the CCMA show in Regina, Saskatchewan in September.

Lawrance Artist Management is pleased to announce that point of sale specialists HDS Corporation also known as Howell Data Systems has entered into a sponsorship agreement with Lawrance Artist Management to promote up and coming Canadian country artist Misty Lee Olsen. Mr Paul Howell, a veteran in the retail systems industry, is the founder, chairman, and majority shareholder of Howell Data Systems Inc. ("HDS"), a leading supplier of point of sale solutions in North America and a supplier of business software solutions, hardware systems, and support services, to thousands of merchants in the grocery, restaurant, theatre, and general retail industries. Due to consistent success in deploying solutions to new merchant locations, HDS received the IBM North America Market Growth Achievement Award for 2005. Mr. Howell is a musician himself and understands the need to promote Canadian talent and is looking forward to the fruits of this arrangement with Lawrance Artist Management on behalf of Misty Lee Olsen. Proceeds of the deal with HDS will go to fund her soon to be produced video and CD release.
